By your submission, you confirm the following:

1. That all content submitted is your original artwork, words, etc. and that all people in the submission have given you written consent.           

2.  By submitting, you authorize the Masonic Renewal committee, the Build Forever Foundation and all Jurisdictions under the Conference of Grand Masters of North America (COGMNA) who sign on for this campaign to use the content (or any portion of it) in future Masonic campaigns.

3. By acceptance of this prize (Golden Ticket Tour), you will receive a 1099 which may cause tax implications (talk to your accountant before accepting).

4. The trip is the ONLY compensation to the winners.  If, for any reason, you can’t make the trip, your prize is forfeited.
